I have two 1 year old western painted turtles. They are siblings. I can definatly tell that one is male and the other is female. They seem to be trying to mate. But the male is only 2.75 inches and the female is exactly 3 inches. I thought they were
way to young to be dealing with this issue. Do I need to separate them already? Or is this just turtles playing? I don't want to breed turtles. Please help. Thank you
