I've been looking at black throats lately (I know, the timing sucks), but we're thinking of getting one anyway to use for education.
I have the space to build something nice and big and I'd like to get thoughts from successful black throat keepers out there. I'm really interested in building an enclosure that is half insulated "shed" and half outdoor enclosure so my monitor can take advantage of the hot summers we have here in Austin.
What do you guys think? Any enclosure pics? I'd also like to know what light and heat options you prefer.
I can look up care sheets all day long; but I'd like to hear from you guys.
