Most definitely not an amel Texas or amel Black Ratsnake. It looks to be a "frosted" snow, "Tequila Sunrise" (corn x gray rat) type hybrid snow of some sort in my opinion. All of which are "ultramel" corn x Gray rat lineage hybrids.

The very frosted voids in the middle of the blotch/saddles, the very yellow coloration, and lack of defined head chevroning and postocular striping behind the eye are all characteristic of these (corn x Gray rat) hybrids.
