Can only say that my roughneck is just the opposite of the one just described.

Feeds out of my hand. When he wants to get out of his cage, I will let him out. He will explore the room, seeks me out, climbs all over me and the computor desk. Sits on my shoulder, never bites, very sharp claws. The after a half hour or so will climb back on me to be put away.

He's about a year or so old. The PO told me he was not shy at all

Ask the seller about his habits before you buy.
