I am actually getting pretty worried now and wondering if i am doing something wrong. On September the 13th last year i purchased a snake and he still has not eaten. He is an everglade rat snake and I have done everything the guy who had him previous has told me to do with his prey dangle it in front of him and he will strike it I used thawed prey heated with a kettle and then allow it to cool slightly so it does not burn him.2 weeks ago he shedded and recently has looked more active as the warmer weather has started to settle in.I know some snake wont eat during the winter months but i wondered whether anyone had some tips on getting my snake to eat.I live in the uk also
