The first thing you should do is give it a week or so before attempting to feed again, especially if it has regurged more than once. You need to give it time to recover its normal gut flora.

Then offer it a prey item quite a bit smaller than you normally would feed, and see if it keeps that down. Minimize the handling, and gradually increase the prey size as tolerated.

It could be that the stress of healing from its injuries is making it difficult to expend the energy required for digestion. It sounds like the temps are right. Make sure it always has fresh water.
