Unhatched egg is bicephalic

I opened the last egg of 4 clutches and found a rather ugly dead corn. In addition to being bicephalic it had a pretty serious kink not far behind the heads and the bottom jaw was way out of place. There were no other deformities out of any other hatchlings.
