Sure he can service three females and more. Simply rotate the male in with the different females. He can easily breed females twice in a day with a fresh reserve of sperm because they typically stagger the use of each hemipenis on either side of their cloaca for any given breeding. Each hemipenis has its own individual sperm duct. This is natures way of ensuring the snakes can mate as often as possible, with as many females as possible.
