I can't help you with commercial breeders. Oregon does not allow any barter or selling of native species. But individuals can collect any non-game species not listed in some category of concern and that includes the Rubber Boa. So if you were able to travel to Oregon, I could help you find a pair of boas.
I encountered 4 adult male boas yesterday and 7 more adult male boas today with a non-herping friend along for the fun of it. We also observed two adult male Northwestern Garter Snakes at one site and an adult male S. Alligator Lizard at a second site. Here in northwestern Oregon, my field season has begun each February since 1971 when temperatures reach into the 50s (as was the case the past two days) along with a reasonable amount of sunshine. I can be contacted at charinabottae@earthlink.net
