In have been down there the town is La Porta ask about bio luminesant bay by cat Island it is where it's at. you Can not go onto the island with out permission from the Colledge in Maquez ..They own it you can take boat rides for 10 bucks that bring you to the docks..If your in Ricon area stop at surf shop the lady that owns it knows people that can get you out to Mona.Rhinos on Mona Cubans on La Porta Island it was once a Zoo
