If you use about 2 inches of vermiculite as a bed for the eggs, and moisten it so that there is only moist material (not wet) touching the eggs. If the eggs are then kept at 82°F, you should have no problems. When you do this, you are keeping the humidity at 100%. It is the humidity level that is most important. If you have room, put a cup with water in it to make sure that it stays at 100%. You can see when the cup is running low.
If you do this, you should see little snakes in about 60 days.
