Having dealt with numerous double het and triple het cal king projects of just about every combination possible (not all though)I have came to the conclusion that when cal kings display two recessive genes at the same time that IMO they do not always express BOTH genes equally.

Not all Blizzards (albino & hypermelanistic) are created equally. Some end up with little or no pattern and some obviously express some pattern. So I know that the albino and hypermelanistic genes are not expressed equally.

The same for Purple Passions (lavender & hypermelanism). Some express more of the lavender in the mix and some express more of the hypermelanism in the mix. Although they are expressing both the lavender and hypermelanism at the same time.

This goes for some of the other combos.
Ghost & Hypo
Ghost & Lavender
Ghost & Albino

The first ever (I believe) quad het cal king is pipping right now. 100% het for 4 different recessive genes (Ghost, Hypomelanistic, Lavender, Hypermelanistic). I did this by using my male Purple Passion (Lavender & Hypermelanistic) and a female Coral Ghost (Ghost & Hypomelanism).
