Hi Bob--

No, he didn't get kicked or hurt in any way. We've wondered about the smoke from the fires. We've had 3 nights in a row now with no terror episodes but he's still not acting quite his normal self.....and won't sleep with us or in our room. We've just about decided to take him in for a good check-up, on Friday, to make sure his kidney function is OK and nothing else shows up. He seems to be improving, but we think this has gone on long enough....3.5 weeks. Would you consider age 6 as beginning to be an "older dog"? Could some of this just be "shibatude"?
