Hi! Has anyone yet seen this spitter anywhere??? Catalog, store, etc.?

I am still looking for this exact one. I originally saw it in Horticulture magazine, June 2000 issue. The magazine told me that it was an original artform. But, it can't be as this picture has a different container and background in this picture. It seems as though it is a company manufactured item.
