The Jack looks pretty young still. Sexing can be hard when the jacks are young. Once it gets older, the males have less speckles on the gill covers, and the females have more. The males speckles are generally right under the eye, as opposed to the female whose speckles go from the eye to the bottom of the jaw.
As for your green terror, I am going to say it's a female because of the rounded dorsal fin (males have a pointed dorsal fin). That's just what I'm gathering from the net because I've never heard of the green terror before, but it's quite a stunning fish.
