Adding an airstone can help. I imagine your ammonia is also quite high because your tank is still cycling, and you added 10 fish, which is a big load on your non-existent nitrifying bacteria. How big is your tank? Your tank could be overloaded which would also lead to low oxygen in the tank considering water is low in oxygen (compared to air) anyways.
