thankyou so much for the info,

I got home tonight and noticed the oscar is doing the back flipping thing more often.
I also noticed there seems to be a cloudy white spot on one of his eyes.
I guess all I can do now is just keep trying to help and watch him and see what happens.

Thanks again for the info and I'll keep ya updated
