I really don't send people to other aquarium boards, but in this case, I am really worried that your ray may die before someone here can answer your question. I have a link for you on how to care for a motoro ray. There is also a forum that is on that site. I think they are more knowledgeable about rays.
Please let us know if you find out anything because I am always trying to learn new things. Plus, the next time someone has this problem, they would be able to get immediate help from me. I always try to help asap because usually it's too late for the animal... however, there's still hope for others. Hopefully there's still hope for your ray. Wishing you the best of luck for your beauty.
