My goodness! Add some melafix (and pimafix if you'd like) to the smaller tank with your angelfish to prevent any bacterial infections. Other than that, there's not much you can do. You can help her breathe by adding an air stone if you don't already have one. The air stone will allow her gills to not have to work so hard to gather oxygen from the water. Personally, I always wait because I try anything to keep the fish alive.

It is difficult for me to assess how bad the attack was. I can't see your fish to tell you whether it is necessary to put your fish out of it's misery or whether it could successfully recover. For sure there will be permanent damage from your description thus far, but she may be able to heal up and live.

For future reference though oscars are very aggressive fish, and eat other fish. I would avoid putting anything else in the tank with it, and I would also suggest researching fish before you purchase them to avoid heart breaking situations like this.
