First beta jumped out...get lid or don't fill living quarters to the top. 2nd beta..over feeding good food, if a beta gets a real huge belly,he has too too much food they get constipated just like us. feed every second day they don't need to eat everyday, plus over feeding really gets their water rancid too fast, third beta has a fungus they do not shed, I have been breeding betas as a hobby for many years.
