Have you checked to see if you have a local or somewhat local bird club. If you do, you should be able to find people with interest in that kind of bird and knowledgeable enough to care for them whether they would be hobbyists, breeders etc. Another option might be to go to your closest avian vet and let him/her know that you are wanting to sell/rehome them and see if they would spread the word or if they know of someone who might be interested. Also if they are actual blue throated and not blue and gold macaws a zoo may be interested in them but only with a clean bill of health and they may want them donated not to buy them. What state or city etc are you located in, maybe I could suggest someone near you that could help.
