Hi there,



This may not be apropos, but if you mean white Ringneck doves rather than white homing pigeons, please be aware that Ringneck doves don't have the homing instinct of pigeons, and may become lost if they do go out. Domestic Ringnecks that escape are unlikely to survive long.



Forgive me if you know all that already -- I'm new to this forum, and just happened to notice your post!
