Yesterday in the rooftop gardens I came across what I believe is a white dove. I can take/post pictures later, if it'll help. The bird seems alert, cognizant, and able to walk well with no limp, has no apparent signs of injury from predator or otherwise, but does not fly at all. When I saw it attempt it, it only made it about 3 inches off the ground and landed about a foot away. We decided to leave seed and water out overnight.
