I have put boards on the base to make it flush to the ground. The slots in the fence are to narrow for its head. It seems to keep getting out. My only thought is its jumping over. The fence is wooden, 5 foot high. There is a stump that is one foot off the ground and two feet away from the fence. Could she be using this to jump the fence?
