TINY BEETLES IN MY KITCHEN!

Last year a gazillion tiny beetles got into some oatmeal in my kitchen and I threw it out.

This year the buggies are all over the place, especially around the windows. They are tiny and brown. Please go to the picture link to check them out.

What are they? Are they going to damage my house?
