Which Urocerus???

Hello all,

Here are 3 pictures of a Heminoptera photographed at Sherbrooke, Quebec (near Vermont USA) last August 17th, 2009.

I'm hesitating between Urocerus gigas and Urocerus albicornis.

Any ideas???
