I'm new to tarantulas. We found one between our step and door jamb and in researching it's type I've gotten a bit confused. Are the common names Texas Brown, Texas Tan, Oklahome Brown and Redbud all used interchangeably? I have found photos online that match the look of our T and have seen each of these four names attached to the photos.

Just trying to figure out what the common name (if there is one and only one--I understand that that may the inherent "problem" with common names, i.e., that there is no one name.)

Thanks. Off to get weekly crickets.
