I live in a townhouse community that has a stray cat roaming around. The past few days this animal has killed two mourning doves who come to my feeder and eat on the ground. Today, I was too late to save the second dove. Sadly, I cannot continue to keep the feeder up and invite the birds into my yard to be killed by this cat, and thus have taken it down.

Any suggestions/ideas on how to keep this cat out of my yard so I can put my feeder up again and have the birds eat in safety?

Thanks for your help and ideas!
