I wouldn't have all four feet done. Just in case she does get out she can use her hind claws to defend herself if she needs to. When you do have her done try to have a room that doesn't have anything for her to jump up onto. The impact of when she jumps back down may cause her feet to bleed. There is also a special litter you should use while her feet are healing. It looks like newpaper or something, the traditional litter, and claw litters can cause an infection. Also, some cats that are declawed start biting. Because they don't have claws to defend themselves, this is their next best defense. We have two cats with just their front feet declawed and it works out just fine. They don't scratch anything with their hind feet.
