Once you get her on something steady, she will hopefully be fine. They probably fed her a mix of foods at the SPCA and the food you are feeding her is a switch... Your vet can give you more advise or if it is another problem, but I know changing diets can cause diarrhea... She should pull out of it, but watch it closely with the vet so she doesn't become dehydrated. Down the road, any time you introduce a new food, mix it in with the old for a few days for a gradual switch... Hard to do so in this case as you got her as is, but keep it in mind for down the road when introducing new foods to her...
