Thought I'd drop a line and let everyone know Stanley is still doing well. We just passed the 7 month since diagnosis point for his brain tumor/swelling. It is still in "remission" due to the steroids (Prednisolone). We've been able to keep the dose low enough, so no side effects so far (liver damage, etc.) He hasn't had a dizzy episode since this all started in February.

I know he's on borrowed time at this point, "they" say that the Prednisolone usually keeps the swelling down four to six months, and he is into seven now, but so far, so good. It will probably show back up suddenly and agressively, but I am remaining positive particularly because he has gone so long without any symptoms. It is hard to dwell on it when he appears to be a perfectly normal cat for weeks on end now...
