So I'm still trying to trim the last of the baby weight off - I throw down a mat on the floor and do my mini workout most days. But today I put it down and left the room for several minutes. When I got back Annie and Lizzy were on the mat, taking a rest.

Now if I walk away, let the cats snooze in peace skipping my workout - is that lazy or cat friendly? Just wondering....
