Yes, Heide is right, fleas can be dormant for a long time. We also bring them in on our clothes and it only takes one to start an outbreak. Bombing again should help. Also keep leaves and debrise outside cleaned up, they are favorite nesting places for fleas. Also crawlspaces under houses. Outside spraying is a good idea too.
