Probably chicken and rice.

When my friend's dogs got sick (major runs, vomit, and dehydration) after eating dark meat turkey and skin after Thanksgiving a couple years ago, I remember rice was a big part of what the vet had her feed them. It was a very very bland diet. It may have been just rice or rice made w/chicken broth. I know rice was the bulk of it. To get her to eat rice, you'd probably need chicken broth or chicken pieces. Just be sure it is breast meat only w/no skin.

As for canned pumpkin, not sure that is best. The vet recommended that for Stanley as his stools were hard. It works as a mild stool softner to keep things regular. Pumpkin might make things even worse as it is a softner.

Since you are in touch w/your vet on this anyway, ask her.
