That would be very hard on the cat. He doesn't know what to do outside or what to be afraid of. He doesn't know anything about cars, or strange cats. Not to mention other animals. He would not understand and would probably be terrified. It is easier to make an outside cat live indoors than the other way around. It would be best to find him a home where he can be indoors or take him to a rescue or shelter.
