Hi There,
As far as I know there aren't any special water dispensers designed for use with additives, but I suppose you could remove the filter from some models. I'm not sure since I have never used one for my cats, though.
Whole Foods "365" brand is, I believe, closer to a supermarket brand in quality, rather than a true premium brand. I did check it out at one time and I think it contained a lot of pork, which some of my cats find hard to digest, and by-products. What I would do is read some of the labels when they get the food in and make your decision from there. This is always a good thing to do whenever you are contemplating feeding a new food. The Whole Foods where I live carries many different high-quality brands so you can make your comparison right there in the store. It's always a good thing to have a meat-based source of protein as the main ingredient and try to eliminate grains, especially corn.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Regards, PHKitkat
