Rescue Remedy is a flower essence that is supposed to be calming. Some folks swear by it, others find that it doesn't work. It's worth a try.

Another thing that might help is a Comfort Zone plug in with Feliway. This is also supposed to be a natural way of calming an anxious cat.

If these don't work, you might want to ask your vet about prescribing an anti-anxiety medicine. These often work wonders in terms of taming agression by taking the edge off of the fear that causes the aggression.
