I don't know what to tell you either. THe older kitty needs to see a vet. It sounds like she may have a UTI. This would solve the peeing problem. They usually pee in places that you will notice and the bed is one of them.
Also, I would lock both kitties out of the bedroom for a while. To keep older one from peeing on bed, and younger one from biting when your sleeping.
When he bites when your awake. Try to redirct his attention. Have you bf play with him. Use a feather wand or something. That doesn't have him playing with the kitten with his hands or feet.
