1. Yep. He's been neutered since we found him. :/

2. One of the first things the vet checked when we brought him for his first check up (we thought he was spraying at the time, then it was pointed out that he hadn't the required parts...). He was given 'kitty prozac', but it doesn't seem to do much but make him really laid back, which was expected, but, he was also friendly with even whomever saw him urinate on their items. :/

3. Good, we've been doing that. He's usually given lots of attention whenever we return from excursions like class or the store, and then we try to play with him here and there for about an hour at a time through the day when we can manage it.
Plus we keep the little water bottle full and at hand just in case... He tends to stop when he sees someone reach for the bottle some of the times, now. Still...
