Hi Christine!

I don't think she has a good home, if any at all. I wouldn't put a collar on her to find out, as they can be dangerous. You could put up flyers in the neighbourhood, but I doubt someone will come forward, it looks more like wherever she belongs to, those people are not very concerned about her.

Pity you can't keep her, as she obviously loves you and you love her!

Best would indeed be to find her a new loving home.

You might have better chances to do that if you have her spayed as well as vaccinated. In fact, a vet could determine if she's spayed already which could give you a clue about whether she has other owners or not.
