My 2 year old still "nurses". He takes whoever will let him do it. He gets a knot of fur and just goes to town! I asked the vet and he said it's normal for some cats to always do this, nothing to worry about unless there is problem between the cats and they fight. The other males let him do this for about 5-10 minutes before they get up and walk away.
So, don't worry about it, especially if she is accepting of the kitten and the kitten obviously loves her!
