Not to scare you but you should have her checked out by a vet. Change in behaviour oftentimes indicate an unrecognized health problem.

If she has a clean bill of health, jealousy might be possible in the sense that she feels left out when your fiancee is around? Has she known him all her life? What is his relationship with her? Does he love her, play with her? His cat's on him scent might certainly prompt her behaviour.

Or is she maybe bored? Are you out often and for long hours? I find it not difficult to give my cat attention while I'm on the phone. Get a cordless phone and throw her toy around while you're talking or cuddle her.

Does she have otherwise enough stimulation, like window sills to look out, cat posts and interesting places to climb up to? Enough play time with you (at least half an hour intensive play each day)? Sometimes a new toy or a new cat tree can help wonders.

Impossible to say how the upcoming move will turn out. Could be good, as she might find a play mate, but the introduction period is usually a bit tricky. Best is to inform yourself as much as you can about feline introductions before the time comes.
