Please, please never leave the abused cat alone with the bully again. She has suffered so much! Imagine how terrible it must have been for her to be hungry and yet be literally starved by him, day after day. And having to hold her urine so long until she just couldn't more. There are people in this world who are simply not nice and sometimes that applies to some animals. If you have to get rid of one, please don't make the girl be the one to lose her home.
