Some cats just aren't cuddly and sometimes they just take a long time to get affectionate. It took my cat almost a year to totally become a lover-dover! It may also be that your other cats have somehow communicated that you are their property and so the newbie is taking a paws-off approach.

Don't force the issue. Give her space and she will probably come around in a while.
