By all means let Dempsie sniff Louie in the cat carrier!



After Louie comes home and is home for a few days (he needs to get rid of the vet smell), you should also put Dempsie in the carrier and let Louie sniff her. Rubbing each other with a towel to exchange scents is another way to ease the introduction.



You might consider buying a Comfort Zone plug-in. This will help ease a lot of tensions.
