Your cat is showing displaced aggression toward the kitty she already knows. This happens quite frequently.

You will need to keep all the kitties separated for quite a while. Then you can gradually let the hissy kitty have the run of the house while the other two are closed up - hopefully she will sniff under the door and get used to the scents. Rub all the cats over and over with the same towel to exchange scents.

After a while you can let the "old friend" re-meet the hissy kitty. Then very gradually you can introduce the male. Be sure he is fixed before you do.

You should check out drsfostersmith.com and look at the Comfort Zone plug-ins with Feliway. If you get a couple of those it may help the introductions.
