Sorry, but there is a mathematical formula here - 1 unneutered male 1 unspayed female contact =kittens. This is the most worrysome part to me! Given this fact I'm afraid you should tell your friend no. As Jaimie says, your female should be spayed ASAP to help lessen the risk of ovarian or uterine cancer and also the risk of unwanted kittens.
Even if both pets were not intact, there might still be behavioral issues. However, a very gradual introduction might work. First allowing something like a towel with the other cats' scent near a food dish or on a lap or a sleeping spot, then visits in a carrier, etc. There is no guarentee that things will work out. But to repeat - since the cats are not "fixed" they should not occupy the same living space. -----
