I got a new bengal cat to hopefully be a buddy to my 4 year old, black cat, and things seemed to go well for about a month. They would run around wrestle and the whole bit. Then my 4 year old ended up with an upper respiratory or allergy didn't feel well for a couple of days. We did take him to the vet, etc. He is feeling better now but seems to be rejecting the kitten now. He really doesn't want to play with him . He was willing to lay and lick him until the kitten got too rambunctious. Then he hissed and ran away. Has anyone had this experience? We are bummed about this. Any suggestions or experiences would be appreciated.
