Let's see, lots of people having these sorts of problems lately. You should go and read some of the other posts. But the gist of them is this:
First, have the cat checked for UTI and parasites at the vets.
Second, clean all bedding and other tainted area's with an Enzyme cleaner like Nature's Miracle.
Third, spray the affected area's with feliway to deter the cat from using those places again.
Fourth, confine the cat to a small space like a bathroom with her own litter box and keep it as clean as possible.

It sounds like your cat either has a bad infection and is unable to control where she urinates or deficates, or she is very confused. Check the into the medical aspect of it first, if that's clear, then start retraining her, being as consitant as possible.
