Hi There,

Please make an appointment with your vet ASAP. Your cat may have a urinary tract infection, with or without stones or crystals, or may even be diabetic. Have you noticed an increase in thirst lately?

Your vet will want to do a urinalysis, and possibly take an x-ray to look for stones. A blood glucose test may also be done. It might be a good idea to also bring a stool sample along for testing.

Thanks for posting, and please let us know what the vet says. I'll be surprised if there isn't a medical issue causing your cat's problem.

Regards,
PHKitkat
